I’ve worked with D’Alessio Law twice now, once for my Artist O1 visa and then a second time to renew it. I’m very glad I went with them both times. They made a payment plans that worked for my budget, and gave me support through the whole process both times.Although, a bulk of the responsibility to gather the documents falls on the visa holder, DLG assigns a team to help with the process. They assign a case manager to help with the document and general questions, writers to draft letters of recommendations, and most importantly, a consulting attorney to oversee the legal aspect and answer any legal questions. What I loved about DLG is the fact that whenever I had questions about my process, they were ready to answer. Sometimes I was able to jump on video calls with the attorney to clarify things, which was extremely helpful.A minor issue is that there is a high turn over rate within the company, so while I was going through the process I went through 3 case managers. They do make the transition smooth through the changes, but something I wish didn’t happen as often as it did. With that said, my last case manager was Zeerak Fatima, and she was superb. She helped move the case to the finish line, answered promptly to the emails, and was on top of the case from the moment she came on. I also had two consulting attorneys, both were fantastic. Kelly Decsy, was the most recent one, and she was very knowledgeable about what would help and wouldn’t help my case, and helped guide the team to build a strong case that ultimately got approved.Next renewal or visa application, I’ll be going with DLG again.
