Immigration Attorney Profile

Molly has been practicing immigration law since 2019 with a wide degree of experience in different areas of immigration law including extraordinary ability, sports and entertainment-based immigration, H-2B and H-2A visas, family-based immigration, and naturalization. She previously worked in Sports Law as a clerk for Rainmaker Sports & Entertainment group, where she served athletes’ and sports and entertainment corporations’ needs.
Education:

Molly is a native of Pennsylvania and a graduate of The University of Miami and Villanova Universi Charles Widger School of Law where she served as secretary of the Sports Law Association.
Experiences:

Molly is fluent in Spanish, a skill that she strengthened living in Miami and the Dominican Republic.

She is a member of Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity and The American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Molly is married to an immigrant and chose to pursue immigration law after going through the adjustment of status process with her husband made her realize the importance of dedicated attorneys to represent and guide immigrants through the process of applying for visas and residency.

Molly is the mother of two active young boys and spends her free time with her family, their labrador, and at the baseball field. She enjoys traveling, baking, sports, music, trying new restaurants, and gardening. Molly’s dream would be to have every client share their favorite recipe unique to their culture, and finds that one of her favorite parts of immigration law is the ability to learn about the world and different cultures through the stories of her clients.
