A Global Firm, Built For Extraordinary Cases

D’Alessio Law Group is a global immigration, corporate, and entertainment law firm headquartered in Beverly Hills, with offices in New York and Dallas and counsel across Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. We represent entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and world-class talent on the cross-border decisions that shape their careers and companies.

We don’t process applications. We build strategy.

Why We Exist

Immigration isn’t a local issue anymore. It’s tied directly to where you invest, who you hire, and where you choose to build a life. But most firms still operate the old way — reactive, transactional, disconnected from the business decisions driving the move.

D’Alessio Law Group was founded to close that gap. We treat immigration as part of a larger strategy. Our clients don’t just get a filing — they get a plan that accounts for their company, their family, and their long-term position across borders.

Strategy first. Filing second.
Advisors, not processors.

Every case starts with the bigger picture — where you want to live, where your business is heading, how you want to be positioned five years from now. The legal strategy follows from that.

A global footprint.

With teams and trusted counsel across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, we move with our clients.

Built around complex work.

We specialize in the matters most firms hand off: extraordinary ability cases, investor visas, multinational executive transfers, entertainment and athletic talent, and the corporate work that surrounds it all.

A Deep Bench Behind Every Case

Lorraine leads a multidisciplinary team of attorneys, paralegals, and case managers across our Beverly Hills, New York, and Dallas offices — handling complex, time-sensitive matters simultaneously and bringing the disciplines our clients actually need into one place:

  • Business and employment immigration (O, E, P, H-1B, L-1A, R, TN)
  • EB-5 and investor immigration
  • Family-based immigration and citizenship
  • Corporate law, business formation, and contracts
  • Entertainment and music law

Our clients shouldn’t have to coordinate three different firms to move forward. They don’t.
